Observation

Chairs used by children when eating are the same chairs used for table top activities. Licensor observed dirt on all chairs used, some have hand prints. Chairs will need to be cleaned and sanitized per WAC 110-300-041(1)(a) Several toys in the indoor and out door space appear to be worn and have what appears to dirt and or food residue. Will also need to be cleaned and sanitzed on a regulare basis
